Booking & Payment  
All bookings will be confirmed only when we are in receipt of a deposit of 33% of the total cost of the tour.  An acknowledgement of receipt with details of arrangements will be sent to you by return.  It is your responsibility to ensure that all details are correct and that An Cuan Tours is notified in writing of any errors or omissions. The balance is payable not less than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. Payments must be made by international bank transfer (details below):

Cancellations
Cancellation of booking must be notified in writing and the following cancellation charges apply: More than 6 weeks: No Fee From 3 to 6 weeks: 50% From 1 to 3 weeks: 75% Less than 8 days: 100%

Insurance
All travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the client.  This includes by is not limited to cancellation costs, medical expenses, personal damage insurance, repatriation costs and property cover.

Liability and Responsibility
An Cuan Tours, as an incoming agency hereby give notice that they act only as an agent for the service providers accommodated in their tours and booking service.  As a result,  An Cuan Tours accept no responsibility whatsoever for injury, loss or damage to person or property, howsoever caused, in connection with any service resulting directly or indirectly from acts of god, annoyance, delays and expenses arising from quarantine, thefts, illness, strikes, bankruptcy, etc.  In the event that a provider fails to perform the services booked by An Cuan Tours, then An Cuan Tours shall endeavour to provide an alternative provider of equal quality and price.

Jurisdiction
Any legal actions arising out of any booking with An Cuan Tours or any actions arising in contracts or quasi-contracts, tort or any other criminal proceedings arising out of this contract or associated matter shall be subject only to the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
